1. Seller and scope
The service is sold by FIALIA SOLUCIONES INDUSTRIALES, S.L., NIF B85944775, with registered address at calle Ferraz 28, 2.º izquierda, 28008 Madrid, registered in the Registro Mercantil de Madrid, tomo 27.716, folio 134, sección 8, hoja M-499495, inscripción 1. Contact and complaints: equipo@revisia.es · +34 917 58 76 75.
These terms apply to plans and add-ons purchased online. They are supplemented by the Terms of use and the Privacy policy.
2. What you buy
Each plan is a one-time payment for one review project, not a subscription: there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. It includes the record quota, features and artificial intelligence window shown right before you pay. Unless the offer says otherwise, the AI window lasts 12 months from confirmation of payment. After that, the project stays open without artificial intelligence and its exports remain available at no cost. revisia runs in a current browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) without installing anything; you need an internet connection. Add-ons add the quota or features shown to an existing project and do not restart any time periods unless expressly stated.
The main service is the artificial intelligence processing of the project's records (search, screening, extraction and verification), which runs at the start and whenever you request it, and accounts for virtually the entire price. The 12-month window is an ancillary service of access to, consultation of and export of the results already generated.
For the purposes of this contract, the price of each plan is broken down as follows: AI screening accounts for 70% of the price, extraction and verification for 25% and the consultation and export window for 5%. Each phase is deemed fully performed when its processing is complete, regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase.
3. Price, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in euros within the European Union and, where that option is available, in US dollars outside it. Prices in euros include VAT. Prices in US dollars do not include taxes: if any apply according to your country, they are added on the payment screen, which shows you the final total before you confirm payment, with its breakdown. There are no delivery charges. Payment is made by card through Stripe. The charge is a one-time charge and the service is activated when Stripe confirms the payment.
From the European Union, payment is always in euros. If you buy from outside it, the amount is charged in US dollars, unless you choose to pay in euros with the currency selector on the purchase screen. Each currency has its own price list, which you see before paying. Your bank may charge you its own currency conversion fee, which is not part of the price and is not received by us. The total you see before confirming is what we charge you. If you buy as a business or from outside the European Union, your country may also apply its own taxes or withholdings, which we do not manage.
4. How the contract is concluded
- You choose a plan or add-on and review its features, duration and price.
- You accept these terms and expressly request that the service start immediately: this is the only way to activate the project. If you prefer to wait until the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, write to us before paying and we will activate it afterwards.
- In Stripe you review and correct your details and the total, and you confirm the order with an obligation to pay.
- The payment gateway confirms the payment and revisia activates the project. We keep the electronic record of the transaction; you can request a copy.
The contract is concluded in Spanish or in English, in the language in which you use the platform when you accept it. If you are a professional customer and the two versions differ, the Spanish version applies. You can correct your details before paying, or cancel and start over. The confirmation is shown when payment is complete, and we send you by email the confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, with a record of your consent. The version of these terms in force when you confirm the order is recorded together with the transaction and is the one that governs your purchase. You can save these terms and ask us for a copy of the ones you accepted by writing to equipo@revisia.es.
5. Consumers' right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days following the day on which you receive the confirmation of the purchase by email, without giving any reason. Notify us before the period expires at equipo@revisia.es with an unequivocal statement. The right of withdrawal is available only to consumers: if you contract in the course of a business or professional activity, there is no right of withdrawal.
If you requested immediate start and withdraw before the main service is complete, we will deduct from the refund the proportional part already performed. Because the AI processing is carried out at the start and on demand (section 2), that part is calculated on the work actually performed (records processed from the quota and phases completed, in accordance with the breakdown of the price by phase in section 2), not on the time elapsed since the purchase. You will lose the right of withdrawal once the main service has been fully performed: when the screening and extraction phases of the project have been completed or the contracted quota has been used up, provided you expressly consented to immediate start and acknowledged that consequence when buying. If you withdraw within the period with screening and extraction already completed, we refund the part of the consultation window not yet enjoyed (5% of the price, prorated by month). None of this limits your rights in the event of lack of conformity.
Model withdrawal statement: "To FIALIA SOLUCIONES INDUSTRIALES, S.L., calle Ferraz 28, 2.º izquierda, 28008 Madrid, equipo@revisia.es: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the plan or add-on [specify], purchased on [date], for the project [specify]. Name, account email address, date and signature if sent on paper."
6. Refunds and conformity
Apart from the statutory right of withdrawal, there is no refund for not using the service, changing topic or not obtaining the expected scientific result. You do retain the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital services and the corresponding remedies: bringing the service into conformity, price reduction or termination where applicable. For an issue, write to equipo@revisia.es stating the project and the problem.
We keep the record of the consent given at purchase and of the performance of the service (phases and records processed) and will provide it as evidence in the event of a dispute or bank chargeback. While a chargeback is open we may pause the remaining artificial intelligence usage in that project; if the chargeback is resolved in your favor, we will not charge you for that usage. Your work and your exports are not blocked.
7. AI, no guarantee of results and human responsibility
The purchase gives access to tools, capacity and support; it does not buy or guarantee a scientific result. AI can make mistakes, omit studies or data, misclassify, generate unsupported text or cite incorrectly. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, academic acceptance or suitability for a clinical or professional decision.
The user and their team are responsible for checking the original sources and having a person verify each decision, figure, citation and text before using or publishing it, as well as for the methodology, conclusions and academic or professional compliance of their review. This allocation of responsibility does not remove revisia's legal obligations regarding the conformity of the service.
8. Liability and force majeure
If you are a consumer, we are liable in accordance with the law and you retain your rights in full. If you are a professional or an institution, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits, and our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected project. These limits do not apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury. Everything else is in section 10 of the Terms of use.
Neither party is liable for anything due to force majeure, including blocks or restrictions of third-party networks. Failures of the providers we choose to deliver the service do not count as force majeure towards a consumer. We recommend that you export your results periodically; exports are included, do not expire and you can take them to another tool whenever you want, at no cost (see section 8 of the Terms of use).
9. Governing law
Spanish law applies. Consumers retain the mandatory rights and courts of their place of residence. For professional customers, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the courts of the seller's registered address will have jurisdiction. To make a complaint, write to equipo@revisia.es or contact the consumer affairs bodies of your autonomous community (comunidad autónoma).
