AI proposes and explains; you confirm the decisions. No stage advances on its own, and progress is saved to your account.
Start here
Your review moves through ten stages, and only the stage you are working on is open. Later stages remain locked until you approve the previous one. This is the complete path, in the same order shown in the app.
When you create an account, we email you a button. Select it. Before confirming your address you can frame the question, search and write criteria, but screening and every later stage will not start. If the message is missing, check spam or request another from the app without signing in.
- Create your account in the app, free and with no card, confirm your email and open “New review”.
- Question. Write it in natural language and let the app break it into the right framework. Question guide.
- Your search. Choose a path: build and run the strategy with revisia, or import a search you completed elsewhere. Search guide.
- Add more studies. Optional on path 1. Upload exports from other databases or your reference manager. Import guide.
- Criteria. Define which studies count, and which rules are checked in the abstract or require full text. Criteria guide.
- Full screening. Apply the criteria to every abstract, adjust the Review band and resolve the queue. Screening guide.
- Exclusions table. Check why each study is excluded. Those decisions produce the PRISMA counts. Exclusions guide.
- Full text. Retrieve or upload PDFs and make the final eligibility decision. Full-text guide.
- Data extraction. Put included studies into an evidence table with verified verbatim quotations. Extraction guide.
- Risk of bias. Assess every included study with the tool that matches its design. Risk-of-bias guide.
- Export. Produce the PRISMA 2020 diagram, tables, references, audit log and manuscript draft. Export guide.
Downloads are available at any time, and export is always free. You do not need to finish the review before taking your work with you.

When you need help
Read the frequently asked questions if a search returns too few results, a PDF is missing, the Review queue grows too large or you reach a usage limit.
Every stage also has a “Guide to this stage” panel with the key steps and that screen's video. Every project includes the assistant. It can explain your method, criteria or results, but it never changes the project on its own. If you are still stuck, email equipo@revisia.es.
